Payment must be completed through the available checkout and payment services. Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production, carrier, customs, or other delays.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns policy. Custom and personalized products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before ordering, including custom text, colors, and phone model. Customer-entered errors are not fulfillment errors.

APHASIA branding, designs, artwork, site content, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used without permission except where permitted by law.

Customers may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

The storefront or particular features may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. These terms may also be updated as the storefront and its services evolve.
