US Standard Shipping is $6.99 USD per order.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and production time is separate and may vary.

Tracking information is provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility.

Return requests for regular, non-customized products must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Prior approval is required before sending a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly. Customer-entered mistakes in custom text, colors, or phone model are not APHASIA fulfillment errors.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact APHASIA within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
